The Spanish travel vlogger who was allegedly sexually assaulted by seven men in Dumka, Jharkhand, on March 1 has documented her trauma in her complaint to the police, which is the basis for which a First Information Report (FIR) has been lodged. She was threatened with a dagger, kicked, punched, and raped. A further allegation made by the woman is that the entire encounter lasted for a total of two and a half hours.

When the incident occurred, the woman and her partner were in the process of setting up a tent in a steep and forested region approximately one kilometer away from the predominant route. Her testimony was taken at the community health center at two minutes and five seconds on March 2, and a First Information Report (FIR) was filed under the Indian Penal Code sections 376D (gangrape) and 395 (dacoity).

According to the First Information Report (FIR), three guys began arguing with her spouse before attacking him and binding his hands. The other four allegedly grabbed her by force “after showing me a dagger,” according to her alleged confession. As part of her allegations, she claims that all seven males repeatedly raped her, kicked her, punched her, and threw her to the ground.

All of them appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. This incident occurred between the hours of 7.30 and 10 p.m.,” she is quoted as saying in the FIR.

In the middle of July of the previous year, the couple traveled from Pakistan to India on motorcycles as part of their journey around the world. According to the First Information Report (FIR), the pair spent a short period in Sri Lanka before returning to India two weeks ago.

As we continued on our adventure, we eventually arrived at the Kumrahat settlement in Dumka… Because it was already pretty late, we decided to set up our makeshift tent for the night to spend the night on a nearby hill road that was covered in forest… We were inside our tent at approximately seven o'clock when we heard some noises that seemed suspicious. As soon as we emerged from the tent, we noticed two individuals engaged in a conversation over the phone. In the vicinity of 7.30 p.m., a few individuals arrived on two motorcycles.

A hushed “Hello, friends” was heard coming from the direction of the tent. Following the illumination of our head torch, we emerged from our tent and observed a group of five individuals rushing towards us, in addition to two additional individuals going towards our tent. According to the FIR, the individuals were conversing in the common language of the area, while occasionally incorporating a few English words here and there.

According to the First Information Report (FIR), all seven of them also stole their goods, which included a Swiss knife, a Rolex, a platinum ring with a diamond, a silver ring, black earpads, a black pocketbook, a credit card, approximately Rs 11,000, 300 US dollars, a steel spoon, and a fork.

In the first information report (FIR), it is said that “one of them was 28-30 years old, wearing a white scarf and white T-shirt, while the rest were young adults.” Furthermore, the FIR adds that following the crime, “they ran away towards the village.” Following the occurrence, we got on our motorcycles and found a way to get to the main road. The document adds that at about eleven o'clock at night, a night patrolling party of the Hansdiha police department came to our aid after spotting us. After receiving primary medical treatment at a community health center in the vicinity, the two individuals were transported there, and their statements were recorded.

As everything was going on, the police in Dumka convened a press conference, during which they said that they had taken all of the suspects into custody. It was on Tuesday when the husband and a couple of motorcycle riders left the state.
